Director/Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management - New York, New York
Position is located in New York, New York.  Salary is $140K/yr - $170K/yr.  Responsibilities include overseeing the continuous process improvement of revenue intitiatives utilizing key internal data.  Coordinates and collaborates with leadership to ensure timely resolution to revenue cycle issues.  Tracks revenue cycle metrics and associated benchmarks to identify and replicate best practice improvement opportunities.  Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure regulatory compliance.  The position is also responsible for the improvement of key revenue cycle performance indicators and imporving cash collections by improving the bad debt ratio; reducing days in accounts receivable; improving data entry; identifying and resolving unbilled claims and reducing denials from payers.  The individual will also be responsible for providing revenue cycle monitoring and improvements that support the strategic initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS required, MBA preferred, 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle management experience in a healthcare environment, preferably within the dialysis industry.  An intimate knowledge of the QMS/QCS system is a significant advantage.

Position is located in New York, New York. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new relationships with prospects who are primarily Fortune 1000 financial executives
Identify target clients; build relationships; schedule and conduct business meetings; present solutions, negotiate terms, and secure profitable assignments
Effectively generate, qualify, and close leads
Provide interesting and challenging tasks and a positive, connected environment for staff.
Ensure the highest level of service is maintained through regular communications and Performance Assurance Reviews
Collaborate with other members of regional and local leadership team to achieve firm goals
Contribute to the execution of the Firm's hiring, retention, employee management, and profitable growth strategies
Serve as one of the decision makers on candidates hired in the market
Work collaboratively with the Regional Resource Director to mentor and coach Resource professionals

QUALIFICATIONS:
Big 4 Public Accounting background required; Advisory/Transaction Services experience a plus
Technical Accounting Experience required
10+ years experience
Results oriented
Meaningful business development experience and acumen; history of successful business development
Candidate must have a desire and comfort operating in an entrepreneurial environment
Demonstrated ability to network, build personal and professional relationships, and drive sales to directly support the firm's business
Proven ability and desire to work in a highly collaborative team setting
Currently residing in the New York metro area with a deep base of local market knowledge and professional and personal relationships preferred; additional relationships and connections out-of-market also a plus
Excellent communication skills
Proven success in creating revenue and managing a P&L
